This blend is designed to be a “tea for two”, as well as useful from the beginning of the second trimester of pregnancy, all the way through nursing. Comprised of all very gentle and nutritious herbs, drinking this concoction daily may ease some of the transitions for Momma and Baby. This blend contains red raspberry leaf, alfalfa, nettle, spearmint, rose hips, linden leaf & flower, as well as a touch of fennel seed. The flavor profile is light, but mineral rich, with a fresh minty linger.
