Our Chimayo Chai honors that tradition by including just enough crushed red chile flakes in our chai tea to add the right amount of heat! Enjoy it in the classic way as a sweet, milky chaior, if youre brave, try it straight for a fiery cup.
This teais carefully blended and packaged by hand in a reusable tin or a resealable kraft bag. Our 4 oz. tin or kraft bag makes approximately 35 – 40 cups of tea. Our 8 oz. kraft bag makes approximately 70 – 80 cups.
Black tea, crushed red chile peppers, cinnamon bark, cardamom, ginger root, cloves, natural cinnamon flavor.

Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz. water. Heat water to boiling. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
