silky – dark fruit – sweet

Grown at 2.000m and picked from three family gardens, this Chinese Pu’er is fully hand-made and stone-pressed. Can be brewed frequently.

This stone-pressed aged sheng Puer from Nanmei, Yunnan, China, is made from natural dark purple leaves that give the tea its unique, refined taste. This tea has a timeless character – balanced, deep, and gradually revealing complex notes of ripe fruit and fine wood with each infusion. Its presence on the palate is remarkable, long-lasting, and harmonious.

We are proud to present this tea in collaboration with Olivier Schneider, a French tea expert with over 20 years of research on Puer taste, processing, and culture. After a decade in Yunnan, he now lives in Thailand, where he cultivates a centuries-old tea garden and continues to explore and experiment with teas. His work is always guided by deep respect for traditional methods, terroir, and tea culture.

Brewing
For best results, use a gaiwan or small teapot. Break off around 6 g of tea per 150 ml of water and brew at 9095 C. Steep 1020 seconds for the first infusion, then gradually increase the steeping time for later infusions.
