How to Steep: Western Method:Use 3 g of tea for 8 oz of water. Steep at 190F for 3 minutes, repeating until the flavor fades. Eastern Method:Use 5 g of leaves for 6 oz of water. Rinse once with 190F water, then steep for 10 seconds for the first three steepings, increasing by 10 seconds each time until the flavor fades.
