How to Steep: To prepare rooibos tea, use one teabag and 8 ounces of water heated to 212F. Steep for 5 to 8 minutes. Because rooibos has a low tannin content, it is nearly impossible to over-steep.

Fun Fact: In French, Madagascar vanilla is called “bourbon.” For centuries, indigenous South African mothers have used rooibos as a remedy for colic in their babies.
