This oolong starts with a rich and earthy nose that hints at the cinnamon and creme brulee that is at the core of Creme Brulee Oolong. After brewed, this tea is a mild and soft display of subtle unprocessed caramel notes and not but a whisper of cinnamon spice. Because of the use of a low caffeine oolong tea, Creme Brulee Oolong would be wonderful after super tea that wont keep you up at night. You can serve this tea with a splash of milk to fill the flavor profile out, but be careful to not over power this delicate oolong tea.

Brewing Tips:Creme Brulee Oolong tea should be made with water brought to 185-205 F. Using one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for each cup.

Creme Brulee Oolong is a loose leaf oolong tea that should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Remove the leaves once the brewing time is reached
