“Che Duoi Rong”, or Dragon Tail, is a Vietnamese wild tea, hand plucked from ancient, untamed tea trees growing high in the mountains of Ha Giang province. Named for its segmented, plump and conical shape, each luscious bud is thick and full of wild energy. Unlike cultivated white teas, Dragon Tail comes from old groves within forests that thrive without human intervention, imparting a mineral-rich, primal character that’s impossible to replicate. The flavor is both delicate and deephoneyed, woody, with the fresh breath of an alpine forest.
