A superb example of Chinese jasmine tea from Fujian Province, featuring May picked blossoms and a beguiling floral bouquet. To make this tea, jasmine flowers are plucked and scattered over the tea leaves to release their scent. This process is repeated over several days to achieve a perfect balance of jasmine essence and bold green tea.

Traditional Preparation: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to atea filteror strainer (or use one tea bag). Steep in 8-12 oz freshly boiled water that has been allowed to cool to 180 – 190 degrees for 5 minutes. Delicious on its own, or lightly sweetened. Enjoy!

IcedJasmine Tea Recipe:Steep 2 tsp (or two tea bags) of this tea in 6oz freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Sweeten if desired while warm. At this point you can chill the tea in the freezer for 10 minutes (remove tea leaves or tea bags first) or pour into a glass over ice slowly. (The ice will partially dissolve) Delicious served with freshly sliced peaches.
