Handpicked Meadow Flowers Wild Herbs
This artisanal Georgian white tea is made from the youngest, wild spring leaves.
Crafted in a small manufactory in Imereti, 700 m above sea level in the Georgian Mountains, these tender leaves (bud and one leaf) are handpicked in early spring from tall, wild-growing tea bushes surrounding the tea-makers secluded countryside home.
The tea delivers a light and brisk yet dense body, with notes of wild herbs, spring meadow flowers, and fresh minerals. The liquor is crisp and refreshing while still warming, with subtle hints of white almond developing in later infusions. Its gentle sweetness and smooth mouthfeel, along with a delicate yellow colour that turns golden with subsequent brews, make it a pleasure to enjoy over multiple infusions or as a refreshing cold brew.
