Pre-order now! Freshly milled batch arriving October 8th!

The poetic name of this matcha translates to “pure sound,” and it aptly describes the satisfying simplicity and enjoyment of its taste, much like a piano’s sound resonating through a room. This Usucha Grade Matcha is stone-ground and grown by farmers in Kyotonabe, Yawata, Jouyou, and Wazuka, Kyoto Prefecture. It is shaded for approximately 3-4 weeks to achieve optimal sweetness. Its underlying bitterness is perfect for blending into various milks, ice creams, or even yogurt, making it a healthy snack option.
