Our Organic Hojicha Powder is directly sourced from the mountainous regions of Shizuoka, Japan. Hojicha is made from pure green tea leaves that are roasted over high heat to bring out their aroma, then ground to a smooth texture using the same 10-micron target as matcha. This results in a delicate and flavourful hojicha powder that features a velvety, smooth texture with cozy, toasty, nutty notes. Finely milled from pure roasted green tea leaves, its perfect for hot or iced lattes, smoothies and more.

Latte Directions:

1. Measure 1 TSP Hojicha powder into a latte mug or bowl.
2. Add 2 OZ 80C/180F water and whisk/froth until smooth.

HOT: Steam milk (dairy or milk of choice) separately, and pour over to finish latte.

COLD: Pour whisked hojicha over ice and milk (Dairy or milk of choice).
