This is another tea we are proudly sourcing through our friends at Cured Leaves. Rwandan Black is a tea that transcends taste to tell a powerful story. Cultivated in Rwanda by survivors of genocide and women entrepreneurs, this exceptional black tea is a symbol of resilience and hope. With every sip, you support families and contribute to changing the trajectory of lives, making each moment with this tea a sip of empowerment and positive change.
The resulting brew made possible by these women is an enjoyable everyday black tea that displays all the characteristics of a classic African tea. Bold, yet not abrasive, with a light to medium body and notes of faint smokiness, malt, citrus and herbaceous spice.
