Ingredients

Lemongrass (32%), ginger (18%), liquorice root (12%), peppermint, lemon verbena, cardamom seeds, black pepper, spearmint. Contains liquorice. People suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Preperation

Brew 1 tea pyramid per 200ml, in freshly boiled water (98C) for 3-6 minutes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place and once opened, in an airtight container. Best consumed within 3 months.
